our car is LC2 body with Excel engine aplha 2(old engine)if we compare with australia, singapore they are use uptodate engine LC2 1.6 DOHC,1.6 DOHC CVVT(2007).For 12V SOHC engine,it is hard to get high performance part.
I think for those who got money, better transplant it to 1.8 DOHC 16V Beta II from Elantra with braking system.
My experience tuning this engine make me feel sad, extractor can't use, fuel presure regulator also cannot, open pod not suitable, rim cannot go to 16'',bodykit are hard to get(Headlight, etc).I have done 3 type of version exterior and engine mod,all frustation that i get.Better stay standard/stock,for those people who got money transplant the engine + turbo kit,not for show off but get some respect from the others car out there.

Yeah ! Smile

remaping cant beat a higher power engine
so why do remapping unless u add turbo but tht also better go for piggyback

i think you miss the concept overall...

Remapping ECU cant compare with higher power engine. The main purpose of ECU remapping is better acceleration, smoother changing gear and etc... NOT meant for racing... another word, accent engine is not mean for racing.

Piggyback and ECU remapping is 2 different thing... do a research about it.

anyway, shouldnt discuss this over here...

do anyone know where to get Elantra Brake Pump... plan to get it for my car.... Twisted Evil

hei guys, did you all realize that our engine got some kind of thing made like small round metal just near the engine block. That thing attach together. I did ask the KBSC foreman, they said that are the "engine balancer" to minimise the vibrating of engine.
But maybe some of you all not feel what im feel, coz many of u using AT.

Mine MT everytime to start move the car, and slowly release the clutch pedal i can feel the the whole entire car especially dashboard shaking.
for other MT user, is it normal meh???
