No lar, some specs have been design for specially for some countries. Like in Canada, there is a small glove compartment on the driver's side. Hyundai need to balance out on the price which we are paying for and the items to be installed. But stock OEM items are included and originates from Korea even the VDO,AutoNet players.

Other additional accessories like alarm, fog lights, etc., are normally OEM products.

No where near with using OEM products that we can be close to Plotong.

specification:
engine vol < 1.7L
Price < 100k
power ratio < 0.08 max-ps/kg
low-end tork (at 2200rpm) < 0.07Nm/kg

where,
power ratio = max ps/curb weight;

i consider the tork is not a curve line but linear (straight line).
then the low-end tork at 2200rpm will be...
if max tork for accent 130Nm/3000rpm, curb weight = 1000 kg

low-end tork @2200 = 130*2200/3000/1000kg = 0.0953 Nm/kg

Scoring:
FC = 1 (1.5 L) = 2 (1.6 L)
low-end tork = 1 (>0.06) = 2 (>0.073) = 3 (>0.086) = 4 (>=0.1)
max-tork's rpm = 1 (>2k) = 2 (>3k) = 3 (>4k)
mass = 1 (>900kg) = 2 (<1000 kg) = 3 (<1100 kg)
safety = +1 point for each item installed
(ABS w/ EBD, Immobilizer, dual SRS Air-bag)
pick up (mean for 7:3 city vs hiway) = 0.7*low-end tork+0.3*max tork's rpm
power = 1 (>0.0Cool = 2 (>0.09) = 3(>=1)
price=retail price/10000
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
accent 1.5
low-end tork @2200 = 130*2200/3000/1000 = 0.0953 Nm/kg
power = 91/1000 = 0.091
mass = 1000 kg
score:
Fc=2
pickup=3*0.7+2*0.3 = 2.7
power = 2
mass = 2
safty = 0.5 (PCV brake)
total score = 9.2
price = 6.5
idealism = score / price = 1.415
~~~~~~~~~~~~~
city i-dsl

mass = 1070 kg
low-end tork = 131*2200/2700/1000 = 0.107
power = 88/1070 = 0.082

score:
FC=2
pickup = 4*0.7+1*0.3 =3.1
power = 1
mass = 2
safety = 3
total =11.1
price = 7.9
idealism = 1.405

by using same method...
vios 1.5G
FC = 2
pickup = 2.3
power = 3
mass = 1
safety = 3
total = 11.3
price = 8.5
idealism = 1.329

~~~~~~~~~~~
city vtec
FC = 2
pickup = 1.6
power =2
mass =2
safety =3
total = 10.6
price = 8.4
idealism = 1.262
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
spectra 1.6

Fc=1
pickup = 1.6
power = 2
mass = 3
safety = 1
total = 8.6
price = 7
idealism = 1.229

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
jazz i-dsl
Fc =2
pickup = 3.1
power = 1
mass =2
safety = 2 (dunno whether got immobilizer)
total = 10.1
price = 9.4
idealism = 1.074
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
elantra 1.6

fc =1
pickup =2.7
power =1
mass =3
safety =1 (only Abs no airbag, immobilizer ??)
total = 8.7
price = 8.6
idealism = 1.012

here show accent is most ideal!!

*dunno how to calculate fc, so just by engine vol. and neglet the fuel burn efficiency.
*max power and pickup is related to mass, more heavy, no power and pickup!!
*mass score is for stability.
*safety according to item installed only, the car body structure negleted coz dunno how (by crash test rating ??)
*total, the higher the better the car
*price, for affordable luxury thing ignored
*idealism, worth for $$ or not

this is my survey, any comment??
correct me if anything wrong.

Wow...very great analysis done by u
but our Accent do not have the ABS & Airbag Evil or Very Mad
