Tyre size of 175/45/R17 can be used which could minimize the difference of FC but sacrificing the comfort and better watch out for deep road holes Laughing

Recently, I'm thinking of changing my stock Rim to 15" rim. I wonder, Will it effect my FC if I change from 14" stock to 15" other brand sport rim? If yes, what cause it? Is it because of the rim weight? or the tyre size (wide tyre)?

Propose you can go for other better alloys which is lighter giving a better fc. You could also change to other better fuel efficient tyres eg Michelin to have better fc. Finally, consider 185/55/R15 which falls within 3% rule of the tyre giving almost the same fc as 185/60/R14
