Hi guys! Anyone of u have installed the voltage stabilizer or change to K & N Filter? I went to an accessory shop today and he recommended this to things, the voltage stabilizer brand name is something piso or pivo.

I wonder if any of this items would void the warranty.

As you mentioned, It is Pivot Raizin Volt Stabiliser cost abt RM250/=~RM300/=.
I urge to try K&N Drop in Filter but $$, cost abt RM240/=. Very Happy

For K&N drop in Air Filter at Sunway KakiMotor, its RM$270 same price in Hotbits in Jln 222 there.
As for the Voltage stabilizer, my opinion, best to install it when you have nice ICE in your car cause of the AMP.

There is two ways to increase power to an engine.
One is installing Turbo Charger and the other is Super Charge.
Turbo uses atmospheric preasure for combustion. Good for pickup but not fully optimise in high speed.
Super charger uses the engine speed for combustion. Bad for pickup but good for high speed.

YOu can go to www.howstaffworks.com to know more how it works.

RoCkie, the grounding you can do it in accessory shops around KL/PJ area. It will cost about RM$100+ without workmanship.

As for Voltage Stabilizer, you can ask ChinHai8 about his opinion.

Hello Smile

I went to EIONOS in 1 Utama and the foreman told me that new cars (e.g. Accent) do not need to do grounding, instead it should be done on old cars only... is that true..?? Embarassed

The foreman say the volt stabilizer can be install there and it cost around RM200++.... below RM300. Is that worth it? Rolling Eyes

Really need you guys to advise me on this Surprised

Rolling Eyes I did my grounding over there ...cost me about RM80 including the installation fee (RM20)...I think it is good to install the grounding for the fuel injection cars.....
