so from the exhaust manifold all the way to muffler u didnt touch anything? just the muffler changed to straight flow?
well, if u cat converter and centre midbox is still original, then wouldn't be that bad of fuel consumption.
yes, if auto gearbox recommend to use s-flow for higher torque on low revs.
if manual, straight or s-flow still ok.
i dunno lar, this is i assume ur fc not much difference than before. if lets say u full tank doing 250kms or less, then i would say its damn bad fc.

Firstly, what is your car transmission? Manual or auto? If manual should be no problem. If auto, straight flow system are not good choice(pick-up lost) and more fuel need to burn. By the way if any changes with original standard part (engine system) like air filter(open pod),spark plug(oversize cable), extractor, center bullet, exhaust piping, muffler, cat converter and ECU. All this kind of part will effect your computerization reading. So if you changes any part on above list, you should go to SC or any workshop that have computerize tuning to check and diagnostic your car performance. The unit will show you which area are give error code and the technical guy will help you to solve your prob. I suspect maybe the oxigen sensor at outlet piping( Should be two place located the sensor.1) extractor. 2) cat converter. ) gave faulty reading to ECU unit and automatically system will instruct the intake manifold to suck more petrol and air. For long term it will be serious reputation for your car performance. Try do remapping(tuning back) your ECU unit first before your pocket will be empty soon.

Mike, sorry about my advice if my missunderstanding about what you mention. What you means "eat oil" . Are you means eat engine oil? or eat petrol fuel? Because Jamesc also think your engine car (makan minyak hitam). That why he ask you about smoke condition.
