Good idea, better try out with the CDRW first. =D>

Will do it tonight then can test on tomorrow, coz tomorrow morning is my baby Accent borndate. Laughing

Run back abit to topic, is there any others disadvantage for the stock Piooner CD player ?

Welcome.. Very Happy Just choose to create Audio CD then drap and drop the MP3 files into the Nero's compilation window then burn it. Maybe you better experiment abit and try it on CDRW first to save the CDR if something goes wrong. Wink

If everthing is fine. You can pump up your favourite music when inserting the CDRW/CDR into the stock Pioneer CD palyer. Dancing Dancing Dancing

The stock Pionner is consider so so for me. Smile

Outlook - Stylish (Aluminium face plate with modern look)
Radio reception - Good (Clear reception)
CD reading Efficiency- Good (Not sensitive with pirate CD Twisted Evil )
CD reading stability - Good (Music not easy to stop/skip in bumpy area)
Tone Adjustment - Reasonable (Clear sound but treble is abit irritating)
Amplifier - Mismatch with speakers (50W but music distord when play loud)
Function - Reasonable (Basic function with DSP)
Preamp - 1 Pre-out (Very basic than others 2 Pre-out player Crying or Very sad )

The main disadvantages is the player is a standard CD player with no MP3/WMA support. Its only for normal demand user and not suitable for music lover as me. I had swap and change the Pioneer with my Kenwood MP3 player after one month using it. Twisted Evil

For me, i will not change another CD plyer. Maybe in later time. Coz no money ma. As long as i can convert the MP3 to CD quality, then is ok. Laughing

Hope tonight success with the MP3. Eh, still working in office. Sienz. Evil or Very Mad

Your guys CD player is Pioneer brand ar? Mine is not wor... mine is VDO brand, same brand as the ODO meters one.

It supports CDR and CD, not supporting MP3. Never tried with CDRW before.

OT: If you think of playing mp3 using your existing stock CD player, there are numerous ways:

1. Using a radio transmitter that available nowadays to attach either to your PDA, mp3players (that supporting)

2. Get an iPod (any series) and with the adapter. Same concept with item 1 or mod your CD player connector to work with it.

3. Convert your mp3 songs into audio CDA using Nero burner, the downside is you can have average of 15 - 18 songs per CD, depends on the size of each songs.

For me, as well change it since the audio quality is so so only with standard function. So after changing also can save time to add-on this and do that to play mp3 song lo. Wink

I think you don't understand the word "You milleage may vary" really means -- it is means that your opinion is different.

Laughing I think you should use the simplified sentences for easy understanding of all the readers in future. Wink

Hey guys, I just changed my player to panasonic , just cd player no mp3. The sound is beautiful, and is better than pioneer.
This player is recommended by the service technician him self.
For better sound clearity and if you really love to listen to better quality music he recommend use panasonic or kennwood.
Pioneer is more common now and is very suitable for thos like boom boom sound, and you won't get the clarity in term of vocal and fine music.
Further more don't buy the player with MP3 because most of the player head won't capture some of the sound coming out from the disc.
