I think I'm having same problem like you previously. Now the problem already resolved.

I brought my car to Osaga SC for them to check. The mechanic drove my car with me sitting at the passenger seat in order to find out what sound is it.

Then after 15minutes drives. He judged that was the lower arm nuts been losen. So, he tightened up all the lower arm nuts and no more nyek nyek sound anymore. Sometime I even turn my car when approach a bump, there was no more sound coming out.

CHEERS!!!

It's either the tyre is a bit oversized or the offset rim is incorrect for the new model. 185/65/14 sound oversized to me for 14" rim stock accent.

But 185/65/14 is the stock size, wor. Even the international spec-ed Accent is also fitted with that size. Shocked
Plus, from what I see with my bare eyes, there's still plenty of space around the tyre, i.e. it can't be oversized for this car.

yup, good services.

Step in and go to the reception and provide ur booklet and key to them and wait at the guest room. The consultant will approach you later.

They will entertain you for watever questions you ask. Even after few days and you not satisfy, you still can bring your car back there and they will do no matter how many times until reach your satisfaction.

Cheers!! Razz Razz

Yes, you can.

I also did 2nd and 3rd free car labour services there.

Yesterday I just go there for my 20k service.

The Osaga SC not only servicing Hyundai cars but all sort of cars as well. My girl friend's kancil was servicing there also.

Cheers!! Razz Razz

Dear Accentians, please help me with this problem I have with my 2008 Accent 1.6... Sad

http://www.motortrader.com.my/asp/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=30650

Here cums DannyK the Nissan thread gatecrasher again.

ryder_78, the "klak-klak" I get cums onli from the driver's side of the car, and it's most obvious when the front tyres first "hit" the "foot" of a speed bump and also as the front tyres "re-landed" from the "top" of the speed hump. It's also quite obvious when driving on rough, uneven roads and over potholes and those "drains" that our beloved JKR people left behind.

The authorised SC that I often went to, Osaga at Puchong, the service guy really took the pains trying diagnose the problem, but even after tightening all the bolts and screws they can find on the driver's side of my car, the sound is still there.

Maybe I should go to Kah Bintang for my next service and make some noise until they take my complaint seriously.

hey guys,
i have some creaking sound from rear left suspension when going over bumps and uneven road. anyone encounter this problem before?

new absorbers and springs, new anti-roll bar bushings at the back. any shops specialize in troubleshooting this? it sounds like an old chair ('Krreeeaaaakkkk') sound.

Try check the physical condition of your trailing arm and also arm(A) & arm(B) bushing(metal/rubber). The creaking sound could be coming from 2 metal touching each other when got any drastic movement like car going over hump and uneven road. Probally your rubber bushing wornout and plain washer directly contact and clamps your rear arm.
