osaga, actually they took someone else's spare parts and pass to you first. Pitty that fella have to wait longer!

Anyway, I also experience it before cause my headlight did not reach yet but they gave me another person's headlight. They even stick the job sheet on the box and also write the car plate number on it. Seal also not open yet!

Hmmm...that time, I was wondering, how long more the person have to wait!

hey guys, if ur car is near end of warranty or the headlight is not very severe, make the claim, and wait longer time bfore going for claim also not a total bad after all.

like my case, i went to undercarriage inspection + aircond service and they found the 2nd left front head light got bubbles again, so i made the claim and dun bother to get it.... because i want to keep the claim at them and wait for long long time baru go back and do it... otherwise if i do early early, then later got bubbles again and its over warranty, have to bear our own pocket money.

David, its not low quality but the headlights are made in korea where there are 4 seasons and the temperature over there is much more cooler than in Malaysia.

The one we should be getting is actually for humid or tropical climate like in Malaysia etc.

this is common problem as highlighted by the claim manager... they said the accent headlamp is suitable for korea country and when bring them into m'sia, problem arise... like bubble, crack, moist inside and etc...

they already expected it and order the spare part in one big container...

dont need to write in... just snap some picture and then bring to service centre and pass to them... must be clear. then they will take action.

btw, do you guys face any problem during adjusting the headlamp? i mean headlamp light shinning to the ground...

mine is, on the left headlamp, then it shine the light on the road... the light will tend to go higher... i dont know how to describe it...

oledi adjust it to shine lower but still the same... how to solve?
