arkuba, just for your info., our accent have bad reverse sensor, the cheap cepat rosak ones. Crying or Very sad
Even if you go replace it, no gurantee tak rosak lagi. Better get a better one at the accessories shop la.

arkuba, i agree with sharirm the reverse sensor that KB have all screw up very fast. For mine "already install on the 1st day i get the car" till now i already have change for 3-4 times for a new set and the problem still coming, for ur info my car only 8-9 months old. i already dun car about the reverse sensor, just feel n do some adjustment when u reverse. just dun waste ur money to install those crap stuff to ur car. WASTE MONEY ...

i know outside will be cheaper but how about the warranty? as long as i know if we install something that not in Service Centre the warranty will void.

why would you want to care about the warranty being void on the reverse sensor, get the ones outside with better quality and also with warranty . it will be better than the ones that have warrantyy but keep on going bad, then go again to the SC and again, wasting money on fuel, and most...the time.

i think my reverse sensor is not working properly nowadays. accidently hit a car today when reverse parking, luckily no damage. the sensor only say 'stop, stop' when i already hit the car.

any suggestion for replacement? how much does the original set cost? any better units suitable for Accent LC?

yes i know... Embarassed

when i was driving iswara previously, can reverse park into very tight spaces, with no reverse sensor and no power steering (!) and a faulty clutch. never ever hit other cars when parking.

now with AT, talking/LED display reverse sensor, electric adjustable side mirror and power steering, already hit twice. very ashamed... or maybe i'm just getting old. Question

Bro..., I have a idea. I will try D.I.Y shifted location of reverse LED indicator light (women voice talk ) from back to placed at front bellow center back mirror.

When reverse time, no need to turn your head and open eyeball very big to see at the back. Only using three combination mirror (left & right side mirror and center mirror). I have done practic on my previous car about 3 years without installing reverse sensor.
