Have been reading some of your comments about tyres. Currently I am looking at changing my tyres. There are good reviews about Michellin MX1 about dealer have recommended me to use Yokohama... this dealer carries both Michellin MX1 and Yokohama.

What are your suggestions? If I am looking for a tyre that's safe me money, not noisy and hard which makes the whole car bumpy.

For comfort and silent operation, I belip nothing beats Michelin (XM1 and MXV8 series for saloon cars). Very Happy

You really can feel the 'fuel-saving' properties of the XM1 (the fuel-saving tyre); take 2 identical cars, one with XM1 and the other with normal stock tyres, speed up, then free the gears at the same time, the one fitted with XM1s will roll further. Surprised

But I guess it also means that you should allow yourself more braking space, since the car's rolling (forward) resistance is lesser. Wink
