been there for my 35k service. comfy seats in the lounge.
other than that nothing special, still doesnt properly fix my squeaking sounds. just that it has less customers now, so u wont need to wait in queue too long.

forgot to mention, cost is the same as any other KBSC, but they dont add all the 'flush-this additive-that' stuff.

oil used is shell, not sure about ATF, i'll update when i go for 40k service.

interesting, KBSC Puchong does follow-up call one month after you service with them, checking on items you complained during the service. I got my steering re-aligned FOC (did alignment with them last service).

Just sent my missy car for service last Friday. Very few customers and sno waiting list. Very comfy place even at the servicing area. Service are good and very attentive too. Got my gear oil change(flush out old oil), air filter, spark plug plus normal service(Shell semi sintetic oil..if i am not mistaken) cost me RM-310++. Not even reach 40k yet (38k only).Anyway still gonna change sooner or later. Complaint of air-con problem....After blowing out the spider web....good as new.(No extra cost) Just forget to ask them check my alignment...(since it is also free....he!he!he!).Is the service charges expensive? Also i get to have one nice stainless steel tumbler f.o.c.(Very nice)

call them first if you need to do alignment, they outsource the service to some nearby shop. and i dont think alignment is free, maybe checking only is free, to actually realign the wheels around RM80 i think.

yes, the bigger SC's are equipped with alignment machine, but they outsource the labor in this Puchong SC. probably cannot find full time alignment guy yet. the reception guy is quite friendly and polite.

RM310 for 40k service is not bad, which should be similar to 20k service. i was charged more than RM440 for 20k in Penang SC (flushing this and that, additive here and there etc). maybe because they're the only KBSC on the island, so 'cekik darah' also people have no choice.

fortunately i dont have to go there anymore, working in Cyber now.

They should probably hire a good looking LL receiptionist. Some eye candy while waiting for your car to be serviced!
