Is your salesman John Cheah? He was my salesman who left & join Honda.

my saleman very good...
he actually left KB and with Honda now..
but he just called me to remind me that my insurance/roadtax expiring next month... and even offer to renew for me!!!

Hi Accentians, I'm the branch manager from Jln 223 PJ. Please let me know who is the SA in order for me to correct his attitude. By the way, please still come back to us for car servicing. You may look for me if you encounter problem with the service dept or perhaps look for me for 'yamcha'.

i already ban Jln 223 right after my 3rd service. bad customer service and i dont like them. always like to point the finger back to us and said is our fault when we claim the fauly part. they said we mess it up and etc.

anyway, it didnt mean that all overseas sc is good. i heard many bad news in toyota and honda sc too. so i think - as long they have the attitude of "tidak apa" attutide, no matter where they go, they will tarnish the car branding...

the worker there conned me la.. said my glass is rock hit,
but i went other workshops check... they said is defect problem..
and now warranty over d glass still not changed..

hi scst,

based on your support, i will highlight one of the guy, i cant recall his name as i didnt go back to Jln 223 after 3rd service since then. Is a malay guy - quite fat and formally handling the accident claim thing and just get transfer to Service Department last year.

2 fault in him.

1) During my trip back from JB to KL, almost reaching to my house. Suddenly my acceleration went wrong. No pickup and feel like it engage to 5th gear and pickup from stagnant mode. Sometimes during driving, the gear went to "free" gear... cannot accelerate. just revving the engine while you are driving. sometimes it alright. so when engage to "D" mode, loud "thumb" in the engine area... feeling like whole engine going to drop type. So that time, called David and he asked me to reset the ECU. So i reset the ECU twice for around 15 mins and checked all the fuse. Nothing wrong. Finally, final reset on ECU for more than 1/2 hour and all thing went back to normal.

So the very nexy day, drove to Jln 223 and complaint to the Mr. A (refer to him) and ask him to check and see. So after checking for around 1 hour, he come back to me and said nothing wrong. Then he said I installing too much gadget on my car and cause it. So he blame on me.

That's time, I only installed few gadget on my car...
i) MC and Magnet (installed @ Jln 223)
ii) HPIS (installed @ Jln 223)
iii) Sound insulation (installed @ Jln 223)
iv) Hotbits Strut Bar
v) Imperial Concept (HID)

tt's all and he accused me causing it and asked me to sign the document rudely.

2) Rubber door seal on rear driver's side. Refer to the thread => http://myaccentclub.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=691&start=15&sid=5cad29e8140000f8b96609b90bb5f622

When asking him to replace it due to warranty (less than 1 year), he said not sure can replace or not. Then asked me to leave my car for 2 WEEKS. crazy fella. changing the rubber seal need to take 2 weeks to rectify it. So i make hell of noise and he said need to ask his boss - Kent and will call me back. I waited for few days but no result. So went there again. Then he recall... and said, actually cannot replace and my boss, Kent said just give. Saying in reluctant tone.

For me, as stated in warranty, all part is under warranty except engine oil, air filter, oil filter and those can replace during service. So i said these rubber door seal - is not my fault for causing it. Is manufacturer defect and asked him to change. So he's kinda give me a hard look and change for me.

this is the area i want to complaint. there is some other ppl. when i see them free, they dont serve the customer yet they choose to serve certain customers (they prefer) - especially the indian guy. i just saying it as i feel it strongly, their service is very bad.

I got question..

1. wat is the best drving style for AT car in order to give the bt performance for my accent and not to damage it

2. when to use gear 2 and L? can I go straight to D instead of 2?when to use overdrive function

dont step fast on it when the light turns green, just do it slowly.
why do you need to go to 2 before D ?. N to D is enough.
dont turn on overdrive unless you need to, like to overtake or loss in ower when driving through hilly side.

you can look for the answer in the forum. better explanantion

I think you mean "don't turn off OD unless you need to" Very Happy

scst, heard that the new Accent is launching soon? Saw it in India, very nice compared to current model. Also, the new Elantra is this yr? Price est?
