I suggest you don't change the chip. If you want, remap the original chip so that you don't touch/adjust the PCB which will cause more problem later on.

noname, where you bought the Philips bulbs?

Those always face burned bulbs, if possible, bring to any accessory shops to ask them to add a switch for your fog lamp so that you can on it when needed ...

Well, David has a good point. The price tells the insulation.

Proton...every inch of the car will have sound...think bout it?

A little DIY will help a lot to insulate the car.

Yup...i agree. best to change every 3 years depending on the condition unless:

1) if we like to drive with the windows down always
2) seldom vacuum the interior

then have to change it earlier. ...
